Little Liabilities is a catalogue of our designs, with an optional email signup for collection launch news and occasional worthwhile updates. There is no checkout or customer account on this website.

Email updates

If you choose to join the list, Little Liabilities stores your email address, the wording and date of your consent, which of our websites you used and your subscription status. Signing up is optional and separate from browsing or buying. We use this information to send the updates you asked for and manage your preferences. We do not sell the mailing list or use it to infer health information.

You can unsubscribe using the link included in our emails. Your address is then excluded from future subscriber exports. Consent and unsubscribe records are retained for up to a year after opting out and cleared during routine service use. The site owner can also remove your record permanently.

The signup database is accessible only to the site owner through the protected editor. The form connects to our Little Liabilities service hosted on ChatGPT Sites, including when you visit our Cloudflare website. Hosting infrastructure processes requests to store and protect the list. There is currently no automated email-sending service connected; if we use one to send these updates, it will process the list on our behalf and its unsubscribe preferences will also be respected.

Keeping the form safe

To limit spam, the signup service uses an hourly, hashed rate-limit key derived from your network address. It does not store the raw address in the newsletter database. Temporary rate-limit records expire after the hour and are cleared during service use. Our hosting providers may separately retain security logs.

Cookies and hosting

We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address and request logs to deliver and secure the website.

Fonts

The home page loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those files, which involves sending technical information such as your IP address. You can read more in Google Fonts’ privacy information.

Amazon links

When product listings are available, links will take you to Amazon. Amazon’s privacy policy and terms apply on its website. We do not receive your payment details through this website.
